About
The Embodied Garden is a fifteen-week, Spirit-led journey of prayer, movement, and deep interior listening. This is not a single retreat. It is a seasonal journey of transformation. Rooted in the wisdom of St. Ignatius, you are gently guided into the sacred language of your body and emotions, where God’s voice often whispers beneath the noise. Through the Emotions Wheel, Scripture, journaling, and gentle embodied practices (seated or standing), you begin to notice the subtle movements within: desires, distractions, burdens, and joys. Here, discernment becomes lived and real as the voice of Love becomes more distinct within your life. Each month centers on a theme such as surrender, identity, and healing, and includes: • Weekly invitations to prayer and reflection • Gentle embodied practices to open awareness (seated or standing) • Scripture, breath, and journaling prompts to deepen your prayer The Embodied Garden is designed to be experienced within the context of spiritual direction. Because of the depth and personal nature of this work, the movements that arise within prayer are best received, discerned, and gently tended in conversation with a spiritual companion. If you feel drawn to this journey and we are already in relationship, I invite you to bring this desire into your next session or book a time for us to begin that conversation. If we have not yet met, you are warmly invited to reach out via email or the contact form in the footer to schedule an initial conversation. This allows space to explore your questions, your desires, and how God may be inviting you forward. Together, we can listen for whether this is the right time to enter this path. As you move, breathe, and listen, prayer becomes whole. Love becomes embodied, and your soul learns to rest in the Presence that has always been with you. God is already within. Come, let us listen together.
