To begin a Soul Journey, we will first meet for a one-on-one session to discern the path that is uniquely yours. This initial conversation opens the doorway into the experience and sets the rhythm for the weeks ahead. As you journey, you will be invited into monthly sessions to deepen the graces emerging through prayer, reflection, and movement. These sacred conversations are an essential part of the process, allowing space for spiritual direction, integration, and continued unfolding in God’s presence.
