The SOS Prayer Journey is a gentle beginning… a short, accessible invitation into prayer, awareness, and relationship with God. It is a gift you may enter freely, allowing you to taste this way of praying and listening.

The Embodied Garden and Your Creation Theory are longer, more contemplative journeys. Because of their depth, they are best experienced within the context of spiritual direction, where the movements of prayer can be received, discerned, and gently accompanied over time.

If you feel drawn to one of these deeper paths, we will begin with a conversation… listening together for how God may be inviting you forward and whether this is the right season to begin. As the journey unfolds, you will be supported through ongoing spiritual direction, allowing space for integration, discernment, and the continued unfolding of grace.
