Solar Plexus Core Flow

Fire & Light Practice of Strength and Surrender

“The Lord is my strength and my might; He has become my salvation.” — Exodus 15:2

Begin Here

The Solar Plexus chakra inspires this core-centered movement practice, the sacred space within the body where courage, confidence, and inner fire reside. It invites you to gently awaken your God-given strength and reconnect with the divine power already at work within your created body.


Here, strength is not performance; it is presence. Confidence is not noise;  it is clarity anchored in trust.

Practice slowly and intentionally. Let each movement become an act of praise, a silent prayer of “yes” to the flame of God's love within you. 

You are not fueling yourself, you are being filled.


You are not creating light, you are revealing what has always been lit.

Practice Instructions

quick note: 1 minute is equal to 8 - 10 breaths & 30 seconds to 4 - 5 breaths

pause in between each movement to feel what continues to move within

1. Seated Fire Breath (1 minute) – Sit tall. Inhale deeply. Exhale in quick, forceful bursts through the nose. Keep the belly active.

2. Cat-Cow Core Awakening (1 minute) – On hands and knees, alternate arching (inhale) and rounding (exhale) your spine. Feel your center engage.

3. Kneeling Twist (30 seconds each side) – From a kneeling lunge, twist toward your front leg, pressing hands together in prayer at heart center.

4. Forearm Plank (30 seconds) – Come to forearms and toes, drawing the navel toward spine. Breathe deeply and steadily.

 

5. Boat Pose (30 seconds) – Balance on your sitting bones with legs lifted, knees bent, and arms extended or holding lightly behind the knees. Smile. You are strong and sustained.

6. Child’s Pose (1 minute) – Rest with arms stretched forward or alongside your body. Breathe into your belly.

 

7. Seated Twist (30 seconds each side) – Return to seated. Twist gently to each side, exhaling into the spiral of your spine.

 

8. Rest in Stillness (2 minutes) – Place hands on your belly. Feel the warmth of Fire & Light within you. Close with a breath prayer:

Inhale: “Your light…”
Exhale: “…lives in me.”
Repeat slowly and with gratitude.
